Privacy
Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
AjoHive Technologies Limited ('AjoHive', 'we', 'our') takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you join the private beta or sign in: your email address, and — if you choose Google — the basic profile Google shares with us (your name, email address and profile picture).
When you use AjoHive: the wallet addresses linked to your account, your deposits, withdrawals and vault positions, and the choices you make between Protect and Produce. Much of this activity is also recorded on public blockchains, where it can be seen by anyone.
If identity verification is required: the information needed to verify you, which we will explain at the time we ask for it.
Automatically: basic technical information such as device and browser type, IP address and usage logs, used to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use it
We use your information to create and secure your account, manage your place in the private beta and let you know when your access opens, operate Protect and Produce, process withdrawals, meet our legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve AjoHive.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Privy — handles sign-in with Google and email for AjoHive.
Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.
Infrastructure providers — the hosting and operations services that run AjoHive, under contracts that limit how they can use your data.
Identity verification providers — only if verification is required, and only for that purpose.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or a regulator, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and AjoHive.
4. Public blockchains
Transactions involving your wallet are recorded on public blockchains. That record is permanent and public, and it is outside our control — we cannot change or delete it.
5. Keeping data secure
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your own sign-in methods too — including enabling two-factor authentication on your email and Google accounts.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account or beta registration is active, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing hello@ajohive.xyz. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons, and blockchain records cannot be deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark theme. Our website uses minimal analytics to understand how pages perform. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising pixels.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AjoHive evolves. If the changes are significant, we will let you know before they take effect.
