By accessing or using AjoHive through Telegram or any of our web properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of AjoHive, including users of the Telegram bot, the miniapp, and ajohive.xyz.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an eligible jurisdiction to use AjoHive. The platform is currently available to residents of Nigeria. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted without notice.

By using AjoHive you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) your use will not violate any applicable law.

AjoHive provides a savings platform built on Ajo Circles (rotating group savings) and Savings Plans (personal or shared goals), converting Nigerian Naira (NGN) to USD-backed stablecoins on Base L2. AjoHive is not a bank, a licensed investment adviser, or a financial institution.

AjoHive does not offer or promise any yield, interest, or investment return. What you contribute is what you get back. Completing a Circle's rotation or a Plan's savings goal may earn a flexible completion reward, capped at 15% and disclosed per plan — this is a fixed incentive for finishing what you committed to, not a rate of return, and it is not guaranteed if the plan's completion terms are not met.

To use AjoHive you must connect your Telegram account. To unlock full withdrawal capabilities, you must complete identity verification (KYC) via Smile ID, providing a valid BVN and/or NIN as required.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Any actions taken through your Telegram account are your responsibility.

Deposits are made via bank transfer to a Paystack virtual account number assigned to you. AjoHive does not accept cash or third-party transfers. Deposits are credited once confirmed on Paystack's end, typically within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours depending on your KYC tier. A withdrawal fee of 0.5% (minimum ₦500) applies. For locked Savings Plans, early withdrawal before maturity incurs a 2% penalty fee.

AjoHive does not charge a performance fee on yield, since AjoHive does not generate or offer yield. There are no management fees or subscription costs.

Fees: 0.5% withdrawal fee (min ₦500); ~0.5% FX conversion spread on NGN ↔ USDC transactions; 2% early-exit penalty for locked Savings Plans. Completion rewards, where earned, are paid in addition to your full principal and are not reduced by these fees.

You may not use AjoHive to: launder money or finance illegal activities; deposit funds from illegal sources; circumvent AML/KYC requirements by using multiple accounts; reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit the platform; use automated scripts or bots to manipulate the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

AjoHive and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for: smart contract bugs or exploits resulting in loss of funds; DeFi protocol failures or hacks; loss of funds due to extreme market volatility; Telegram platform outages; losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to AjoHive in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, seated in Lagos.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the AjoHive Telegram bot at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
